Book an Appointment

Initial intakes (the first appointment) are approximately 60-75 minutes. We request that you complete your intake paperwork 24 hours prior to the session. During this time, we will work together to formulate a plan of care and set goals for your mental health. While medications are usually prescribed, there are instances where medications do not fit.

  • We request a legal guardian be present for the first appointment for all children and adolescent patients to assist in obtaining history.

Follow up appointments are approximately 15-30 minutes. During this time, we will evaluate how your medications are functioning for you and review any completed testing if applicable. We will work together on your plan of care and evaluate your goals.
