Wolf Pack Mind & Body is a Nurse Practitioner owned clinic providing outpatient mental health medication management services. Medications include, but are not limited to antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anxiolytics, antipsychotics, stimulants and non-stimulants, and supplements.

In our experience, medications can take the edge off of mental health disorders to help you learn the skills you need to better function. It is a tool in your mental health toolbox that may or may not be lifelong.

We do not provide counseling or therapy services. We do believe in a strong connection between medication management and counseling/therapy, so if needed, we will help you navigate finding a counselor or therapist.

We do not prescribe medical marijuana.

To request a refill, you can:
Call the office to leave a refill request
Use the patient portal to leave a refill request
Call the pharmacy and the pharmacy will contact Wolf Pack MB
Please allow 72 hours for refill requests to be processed. If you have missed your last appointment or you have not been seen in three (3) months, you will need an appointment to obtain your refills. Appointments are critical to assessing the stability of your medications.

If you lost a medication that is a controlled substance, you should file a police report. Controlled medications will not be filled before their due fill date.
If you lost a non-controlled medication, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis for an early fill, however, your insurance may not cover this, and you may have to pay out of pocket.
Please ensure you keep medications in a secured location that is not within child reach. You should also avoid traveling with more medication than is necessary for a trip.

A PMHNP and a Psychiatrist are trained in assessing, diagnosing and treating mental health concerns. Both have the ability to prescribed medications.
A PMHNP is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) while a Psychiatrist is a medical doctor. A PMHNP completes a master’s or doctorate in nursing, while a Psychiatrist completes their MD or DO with a residency.

The information you share is protected by patient-provider confidentiality. This confidentiality may be broken in instances of child or elderly abuse/neglect, or you present as a danger to yourself or others.
Providers with Wolf Pack Mind & Body are mandatory reporters.
